As a part of GCSE Spanish, we were given the opportunity to visit the beautiful city of Salamanca in Spain.
Our activities included visiting the ancient cathedrals and architecture of the city, cooking classes, salsa dancing and a tapas tour! The best part for me was staying with a Spanish family as we really got to immerse ourselves in the language and extend our knowledge of Spanish culture. We also visited Segovia, a historic city, before reaching Madrid for the return flight. We got to see the Roman aqueduct, one of the best-preserved aqueducts in Europe, which was incredible.
