Job Description
We are looking to appoint a skilled and well-organised individual to join our School Administration team.
The successful candidate will oversee the efficient operation of the Administration function, manage the Administration team, and collaborate closely with our Senior Leadership Team. Strong IT and communication skills are essential along with a passion to support our students and staff.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, all year-round.
Main Responsibilities
- To provide administrative advice and support to members of the Senior Leadership Team.
- To lead and manage the administrative staff team.
- Provide administrative leadership for key school events.
- Responsible for the administration of the trips and visits documentation process.
- Manage the day to day running of staff cover for absent teaching colleagues.
- Responsible for the construction and scheduling of the School calendar.
