The Junior (Years 7 and 8) and the Inter (Years 9 and 10) teams won the county round of the Track and Field Cup and progressed to the regional round, held in Birmingham. The Inter team were placed 4th out of eight, and the Junior team won with five points ahead of 2nd place to secure a place at the national finals on 8 July in Chelmsford.
Well done to all who competed. Special mentions to Scarlett, Sienna and Skye with their amazing 800m run, hurdles and long jump performances respectively. Scarlett also broke the School 800m record by 0.3 seconds with a time of 2.29.3s.
