Over half-term, A level Politics students were joined by Abingdon School to visit some of the political hubs of the USA – Washington DC and New York City.
Sharing her highlights from the trip, Chloe (U6B) said, ‘we enjoyed a tour of the United Nations. This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity gave us a greater understanding of this vital political institution and gave us the chance to ask lots of questions. Visiting Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty was also a great way to wrap-up this trip. We all took away so many lasting experiences and memories.’
