There were plenty of ways to celebrate International Women’s Day 2025 here at St Helen’s.
The day began with an assembly, during which Sixth Form students shared the stories of their favourite female icons. Students could vote on an icon of their choice in the Old School Hall throughout the day.
At lunchtime, campus was filled with upbeat music as the highly-anticipated International Women’s Day Karaoke commenced. Favourites included staff-led renditions of Let It Go and Dolly Parton’s 9 to 5. There was no shortage of Taylor Swift or songs from Wicked.
