We set off to London to visit the House of Lords to listen to a debate on driverless cars and their possible uses in society.
The three speakers had backgrounds in social adaptation to technological changes, software development of driverless vehicles, and implementation of driverless technology.
Over lunch, we discussed our backgrounds and opinions with experts in the industry and engaged in a Q&A session following their speakers’ introductions. Questions raised included topics such as environmental, ethical and legal issues. We all enjoyed the day, which was very thought-provoking.”
