On Worldwide Data Day, we were lucky enough to be invited to join the Lower Sixth students at Radley College for ‘Particle Physics and Pizza’ where we got to analyse data from particle collisions at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN.
A highlight of the evening was the chance to talk to a theoretical physicist from the University of Buenos Aires, who was able to answer some of our questions about particle physics and the LHC. The event was a great experience that proved to be extremely interesting and a lot of fun!
